Yuliya Veremiyenko-Campos, Esq. is the managing attorney and founder of YVC Legal®, a distinguished law firm specializing in business immigration law. With significant experience advising U.S. companies, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals worldwide, Ms. Veremiyenko-Campos is highly qualified in Employment-Based Immigrant Petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5), Nonimmigrant Visa Petitions (L-1, H-1B, E-2), Adjustment of Status, and Consular Processing.

Ms. Veremiyenko-Campos holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in Arlington, VA. She also earned a Master's Degree in International Law and a Bachelor's Degree in International Law from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Maryland, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Additionally, she is authorized to practice law in Ukraine.
